Let my heart
  break fast.

Release the yolk of my sorrow back into creation,
  back to back
  head to tail
  I back
    into joy
  before the film coils,
  the remainder
    a reminder
  that the universe replays instantly
    eternally
    unglistening
    silent.

What can’t be wound back is the remembering,
  the ligaments snapping
  the cracking
  the body
    surrenduring
    during
    enduring.
